We engaged Trevor Ward of W Hospitality Group to work with us on our international hotel project
in Benin City, the capital of Edo State. The Scope of his work entails the preparation of a market
and financial feasibility study for operator selection and negotiation of terms with a management
company. Trevor's knowledge in the industry is vast and extensive, and he possesses exceptional
leadership capacity.
The Radisson Hotel Benin City is becoming a reality. We are looking forward to closing out within
12 months. Trevor continues as our highly valued Representative and Asset Manager to ensure the
